This was not ready to release. Embarrassing. You can only build one unit a year no matter how many centers you get. And imagine playing England when the convoy doesnt work! Having to re enter moves over and over until the finally take is frustrating. "Yes, I want to move to Norway from North Sea. No, Not Bulgaria, Norway. Ok, lets try again..." Repeat as necessary
